How to Book from Cannes to Monaco
Between Cannes and Monaco runs 60 km of the most solicited road on the coast — 55 minutes to 1h15 via the A8 when it flows, more when the calendar intervenes. Our tariff opens at €230 per vehicle, firm at quotation, tolls, fuel, luggage and a 45-minute welcome window enclosed. The metered alternative frequently closes at €180–230 with no ceiling promised, and ride-hailing wilts between the two cities precisely in high season.
The road climbs from the Cannes–Mougins interchange and skirts Antibes, Nice and the mid-Riviera viaducts to the Monaco–Beausoleil exit. When the motorway seizes — Friday evenings, the Grand Prix, the Festival nights — our chauffeurs drop to the corniches, Moyenne (D6007) or Basse (D6098), sometimes faster and always finer. The two ends of the journey are old friends: the Croisette palaces on one side, the Monte-Carlo houses on the other.
May compresses the calendar cruelly — the Festival's 35,000 accredited professionals in Cannes, then barely ten days later the Grand Prix's 200,000 visitors in the Principality; in those weeks chauffeured cars reserve weeks ahead. September repeats the pattern with the two yacht shows. We serve the quays throughout: Port Hercule and Port Fontvieille on one end, the Vieux-Port and Port Pierre Canto on the other.

Frequently asked questions about this route
Everything you need to know about our chauffeur services, flight tracking, and transparent fixed pricing.
€230 opens the fare per vehicle — three in a saloon, seven in a V-Class — tolls, fuel, waiting and luggage enclosed. The metered alternative often closes between €180 and €230 with nothing promised in advance. Further routes sit on our rate card (/rates).
In either direction: hotel, Casino square, Port Hercule or the Yacht Show quays, then a non-stop run of 50 to 60 minutes (longer in the Festival and Grand Prix weeks). Fixed per-vehicle fare, English-speaking chauffeur, and the Principality's checkpoints and one-way system already learned.
55 minutes to 1h15 on the A8; budget up to 1h30 when the Grand Prix, the Festival, the Yacht Show or a Friday evening intervenes. The corniches — Basse, Moyenne, Grande — stretch the drive toward an hour and three quarters and hand you the finest viewpoints on the coast; we take the motorway when the schedule is tight and the corniche on request.
Carlton, Martinez, Majestic Barrière and JW Marriott in Cannes; Hôtel de Paris, Hermitage, Fairmont and Monte-Carlo Bay in the Principality. The regulated zones, the valet courts and the bypasses behind the barricades are working knowledge for our drivers.
That fortnight in May is our crucible — the two events ten days apart. We run the Cannes–Monaco connection for talent, sponsors and delegations, with the S-Class, Maybach or Rolls-Royce for arrivals of weight and disposal by the hour between them. Reserve two to four weeks ahead.
Gangway-side at Port Hercule, Port Fontvieille, the Vieux-Port and Port Pierre Canto — vessel's name and quay at booking, harbour access handled, September demand noted.
Frequently — a meeting, a dinner, an evening at the tables. Booking both legs at once holds the return car; for a waiting chauffeur or several stops, the hourly disposal (/full-availability) is the better instrument.
One or two, the E-Class; an evening of consequence, the S-Class, Maybach or a Rolls-Royce Ghost; four in the G-Class; seven in the V-Class; a delegation of twenty for the Grand Prix, the Sprinter.
Around the clock, no automatic night supplement — the natural state for returns from the Casino or the Croisette. For the hours between ten and six, a day's notice holds the car.
