Service Conditions
Waiting Time, Rates & Cancellation
The conditions below apply to every Luxury Services Europe booking — chauffeur transfers, hourly hire and disposal. They are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Waiting time — included free of charge
- Airport arrival: 1 hour free
- Train station / port arrival: 30 minutes free
- Departure from hotel / villa / chalet: 15 minutes free
Waiting charges after the free period
Waiting time is billed on an hourly basis (10 minutes = 1 hour, 30 minutes = 1 hour), at the hourly rate of the vehicle in service:

Cancellations
10 days or more before service start
Free cancellation — full refund.
5 days before service start
50% penalty of the service amount.
2 days before service start
100% penalty — the full amount remains due.
Changes to confirmed services
All requests for changes to confirmed services must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the service to avoid any penalties.
